Blocking users
Blocking is for personal boundaries. If another user is bothering you, blocking can reduce unwanted contact and visibility between accounts where supported by the feature.
Reports, blocks, and moderation tools exist so creators can share music without harassment, scams, stolen work, or unsafe behavior taking over the room.

Use the report tools on posts, comments, profiles, forum topics, forum replies, stories, and other surfaces where they appear. Choose the closest reason, then add short details that explain what happened.
Reports help moderators find harassment, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, copyright issues, unsafe content, malicious links, and other rule-breaking behavior.
Reports go into the admin moderation queue. Depending on the issue, moderators may review the reported content, check related account activity, preserve evidence, dismiss reports that do not show a violation, remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts.
Not every action is public. Some decisions happen quietly to protect users, avoid exposing private reports, or prevent abuse of moderation systems.
Moderation is not instant and no automated system catches everything. Clear reports with URLs and context help the review process.

Use report tools for rule violations. Use blocking or mute-style controls for people you simply do not want in your feed, messages, or replies where those controls are available.
PULSATRAX may use session checks, CSRF protection, adult-domain blocking, unsafe-link detection, report review, rate-limit style controls, email verification, account security tools, and admin moderation logs to protect the platform.
Trying to dodge these systems with new accounts, copied posts, disguised links, fake engagement, or automated behavior can lead to restrictions or account removal.
If something is urgent, illegal, or cannot be handled through an in-app report, contact [email protected]. Include the user, URL, screenshots or context if available, and why the issue is urgent.
If there is immediate danger in the real world, contact local emergency services first. PULSATRAX moderation is not an emergency response service.
For non-urgent account or product help, use Contact / Support.
