You own your original creations
Your original tracks, vocals, lyrics, loops, artwork, and project ideas remain yours. Uploading them to PULSATRAX does not transfer ownership to the platform.
You grant PULSATRAX the permission needed to host, stream, display, process, and share your content inside the service, as described in the Terms.
Royalty-free and PULSATRAX Studio loops
Imported royalty-free loops may be used inside PULSATRAX Studio when the source license allows that use. Platform-provided loop catalog entries should include source or license information where available.
Royalty-free does not always mean "do anything forever." Some licenses restrict resale, redistribution as standalone loops, content ID registration, or use outside a finished work. Check the license before releasing commercially.
PULSATRAX Studio shows playable catalog loops with license/source metadata where available. Unknown or removed loop licenses should not be treated as cleared for release.
Public loop library and redistribution
Submitting a loop to the public library means other users may preview it and use it as a standalone loop inside PULSATRAX workflows. That requires broader permission than simply using a loop inside your own finished song.
- Only submit original loops, public-domain/CC0 material, or material with a license or written permission that allows standalone redistribution.
- Do not submit Looperman downloads, sample-pack loops, subscription-library sounds, vocals, stems, or acapellas unless the source license explicitly allows you to republish them as standalone loops.
- Do not submit AI voice clones, artist impersonations, protected likenesses, or generated vocals that could mislead users about rights or identity.
- Keep proof/source links and license notes accurate. If permission changes, report your own loop so it can be removed or updated.
PULSATRAX may review public loop submissions, remove loops after reports, preserve hashes and metadata for dispute handling, and restrict repeat submitters who provide unclear or false rights information.
Do not upload music you do not control
- No copyrighted tracks, samples, stems, acapellas, DJ rips, leaks, bootlegs, or edits unless you have permission to share them.
- No uploading another creator's work as your own.
- No removing metadata, tags, credits, watermarks, or producer identifiers to disguise ownership.
- No sharing private collaboration files without permission from the people involved.
Music uploads, PTX publishing controls, and user loop uploads may ask you to confirm rights and provide license/source information. PULSATRAX stores exact file hashes and placeholder fingerprint fields for future checks, but this is not perfect copyright detection.
AI-generated music and voice content
AI-assisted music is allowed only when you have the rights and permissions needed for the prompts, source audio, vocals, likenesses, samples, and outputs you use. Do not upload AI voice clones, artist impersonations, or generated tracks that mislead listeners or violate another person's rights.
If AI was important to creating a track, vocal, artwork, or remix, disclose it where reasonable, especially for collaborations, releases, licensing, or disputes.
Remix permissions
Only remix, edit, sample, or build from another user's work when the creator clearly allows it or you have direct permission. A public post is not automatic remix permission. PTX remix permission applies inside PULSATRAX unless another written license says otherwise.
Credit expectations
Credit the source creator, vocalist, producer, and collaborators in a way listeners can understand. Do not imply endorsement if the original creator did not approve your release.
Collaboration ownership basics
Collaborations can create shared rights. Before releasing, agree on credits, splits, publishing, master ownership, artwork, release names, sample clearance, and whether stems can be reused in other projects.
PULSATRAX does not decide private ownership splits unless legally required or unless a platform-specific tool later creates an explicit agreement flow.
Takedown and report process
To report copyright infringement, email [email protected] or use available report tools. Include:
- The copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- The PULSATRAX URL, profile, post, track, event, or other location of the content.
- Your name and contact information.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate.
Copyright report tools support stolen beat, unauthorized remix, unauthorized vocal, unauthorized sample, and broader copyright infringement categories. PULSATRAX may flag, hide, remove, or request more information while a report is reviewed.
This is a practical takedown contact process, not a promise that every dispute can be resolved by PULSATRAX. Some ownership disputes must be handled directly between the parties or through legal channels.
Repeat infringement consequences
Repeated copyright abuse, bad-faith uploads, false ownership claims, or attempts to evade takedowns may lead to upload limits, content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account removal.
