The baseline

You must be at least 16 years old to use PULSATRAX. Treat other users like real people, because they are. Critique tracks, mixes, sets, flyers, and ideas without turning it into personal abuse.

  • No harassment, threats, dogpiling, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
  • No hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing language, extremist recruitment, or praise for violent hate movements.
  • No sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or adult/pornographic links.
  • No attempts to pressure creators into unpaid work, unwanted collaborations, or unsafe meetups.
  • No deceptive AI impersonation, fake endorsements, or AI-generated content presented as another real creator's work.

Content that is not allowed

Illegal or harmful content

No content that facilitates illegal activity, real-world harm, exploitation, or abuse.

Spam and scams

No phishing, fake giveaways, bot behavior, deceptive promotion, malware links, or repeated low-effort blasts.

Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another artist, label, venue, brand, staff member, or user.

Malicious uploads

No files or links intended to damage devices, steal accounts, exploit browsers, or bypass platform security.

Respect creators and rights

Do not upload stolen music. Do not rip tracks from another platform and present them as yours. Do not post unreleased, leaked, or private files without permission.

  • Only share tracks, loops, vocals, artwork, samples, and stems you own or are allowed to use.
  • Credit collaborators honestly.
  • Disclose AI-assisted music, vocals, artwork, or text when it matters for credits, permissions, or listener trust.
  • Do not remove producer tags, metadata, watermarks, or credit information to hide the source of a work.
  • Use the Copyright / Remix Policy if you need more detail.

Public loop library rules

Public loop submissions are different from private Studio uploads. Only submit loops for the public library when you can legally share the audio as a standalone loop for other creators to preview, download, and use in PULSATRAX workflows.

  • No re-uploading loops from Looperman, sample packs, YouTube, Splice-style libraries, games, films, or other sources unless the license clearly allows standalone redistribution.
  • No public acapellas, vocals, stems, remix parts, AI voices, or artist-like phrases unless you own or have explicit permission for public loop sharing.
  • Provide accurate BPM, category, license, source, and permission information where available.
  • Public loop submissions may be held for review, rejected, removed, or restricted if rights, quality, metadata, or safety are unclear.

Remix etiquette

Remixing is part of the culture, but permission still matters. If a creator marks something as remix-friendly, respect their notes. If permission is unclear, ask first.

Collaboration respect

Agree on credits, splits, release names, deadlines, and file use before publishing. Do not ghost collaborators after taking stems, vocals, or project files.

Uploads and platform behavior

  • Do not upload content that breaks these rules, the Terms, or the Copyright / Remix Policy.
  • Do not use PULSATRAX Studio, messages, posts, forums, events, or profiles to harass, scam, spam, or evade moderation.
  • Do not create accounts to dodge blocks, suspensions, bans, rate limits, or safety tools.
  • Report abuse instead of escalating conflict.

Moderation rights

PULSATRAX may remove content, limit reach, lock features, restrict accounts, suspend users, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when needed to protect users, creators, the platform, or legal compliance.

Context matters, but safety comes first. Severe violations can lead to immediate action. Repeat violations can lead to permanent removal.
