General support
For account access, profile issues, upload problems, public launch feedback, or general platform questions, email [email protected].
If you are logged in and reporting a specific post, comment, profile, forum topic, event, or story, use the in-app report tool first when available. Reports attach better context than a general email.
Immediate danger
If there is immediate real-world danger, contact local emergency services first. PULSATRAX support is not an emergency response service.
Copyright and music rights
For copyright, stolen music, unauthorized remix, unauthorized vocal, sample, beat, or takedown issues, email [email protected] or use the report tools described in the Copyright / Remix Policy.
Privacy requests
For account data, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions, email [email protected]. If a dedicated account deletion tool is available in your account, use that first.
Advertising questions
For cookie, advertising, or sponsored placement questions, include the page URL, screenshot if useful, and what you saw. PULSATRAX may use third-party advertising only where disclosed and configured.
What to include
- Your username or profile URL, if relevant.
- The exact URL or feature where the issue happened.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- For copyright reports, identify the original work and the allegedly infringing content.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary private documents.
