Terms for using the platform, sharing work, collaborating, recording, and following PULSATRAX policies.

By creating or using an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally allowed to use PULSATRAX where you live.
You are responsible for your account activity, login security, posts, messages, uploads, reports, event listings, studio projects, and any other content or actions connected to your account.
You keep ownership of your original content. That includes tracks, loops, vocals, posts, profile text, images, and project materials you created.
By uploading, posting, recording, saving, or sharing content on PULSATRAX, you give PULSATRAX a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, stream, display, format, moderate, and distribute that content inside or in connection with the platform. This license exists so the service can work.
You must have the rights needed for anything you upload. If your work includes collaborators, samples, loops, vocals, artwork, stems, or third-party material, you are responsible for having the required permission.
PULSATRAX Studio is provided as a browser-based creative tool. Catalog loops may be used inside PULSATRAX Studio projects subject to their listed license or platform permissions. User-uploaded loops remain subject to the uploader's rights and any permission they grant.
Voice recording uses browser microphone permission. PULSATRAX does not access your microphone unless your browser allows it and you use a recording feature. Recorded audio may be stored when you save or upload it.
Do not use PULSATRAX for illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, unsafe, spammy, or malicious activity. The Community Rules are part of these Terms.
PULSATRAX may help people discover and collaborate, but it does not automatically create ownership splits, publishing agreements, label deals, or remix licenses between users.
Most content on PULSATRAX is created by users. We do not endorse every post, track, message, event, link, claim, or project shared by users.
PULSATRAX may display advertising or sponsored placements. Advertising does not mean PULSATRAX endorses every advertiser, product, or linked destination.
You are responsible for AI-assisted content you upload or publish. Do not use AI to impersonate people deceptively, clone voices without permission, hide infringement, or misrepresent ownership.
PULSATRAX may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact relevant parties when needed for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or policy enforcement.
We may also change, rename, pause, remove, or add features as the platform evolves.
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or in development may change, experience interruptions, lose state, or be removed. Keep independent copies of important source files and exports.
Events are user-created. PULSATRAX is not responsible for ticketing, attendance, cancellations, venue safety, travel, payment disputes, or organizer conduct.
PULSATRAX is provided "as is" and "as available." Service availability, data retention, uploads, DAW projects, messages, and feature behavior are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSATRAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or disputes between users.

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country.
Please contact [email protected] first so PULSATRAX can try to resolve a dispute. You may still use any court, regulator, or dispute-resolution route available to you under applicable law.
