PULSATRAX Privacy Rights and Data Deletion
Request deletion of selected personal data, or all data that can be deleted while keeping your PULSATRAX account open.

Request deletion without deleting your account
You do not need to delete your PULSATRAX account to request deletion of personal data. You may identify specific data or categories, or ask us to delete all data that can be removed while your account remains open.
- Email the PULSATRAX privacy contact from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your username or public profile URL and state exactly what you want deleted. You can write “all deletable data while keeping my account” if that is your choice.
- Do not send your password. PULSATRAX may request other information needed to verify that you control the account.

Data you can ask PULSATRAX to delete
Your request may cover one category, several categories, or all deletable data connected with your account. Depending on what you have used, this can include:
- Profile and personal information: optional display details, biography, location, public contact details, social links, avatar, cover, gallery, and profile-intro media.
- Posts and uploaded media: posts, comments, Stories, images, videos, music, audio, releases, and other files you supplied.
- Studio and creator data: Studio projects, saved recordings, user loops, presets, project media, and private collaboration files tied to you.
- Messages and collaboration data: messages, attachments, and collaboration content where deletion does not erase another participant’s own record. Where necessary, PULSATRAX may redact or anonymize your identity instead.
- App activity and preferences: follows, likes, notifications, optional preferences, search or interaction records, and other activity that is not required for security, disputes, or another user’s record.
- Device and access data: push tokens, active sessions, trusted-device records, and optional device identifiers that can be revoked or removed.
Where a service provider stores data for PULSATRAX, PULSATRAX will also instruct that provider to delete the relevant data when applicable.
What must remain to keep the account open
A working account needs minimum login, account, and security information, such as a username, account email, password hash, verification state, and essential security records. PULSATRAX will explain if deleting requested data would make the account or a requested feature unusable before completing that part of the request.
Your account will not be deleted through this privacy-rights request unless you separately and clearly ask for account deletion.
Data PULSATRAX may retain
- Shared records: conversations, collaboration history, transaction-like creator records, and content involving other users may remain in anonymized or redacted form for as long as needed to preserve those users’ records, platform integrity, or an active dispute.
- Safety and legal records: reports, moderation decisions, fraud-prevention signals, abuse evidence, copyright records, and security logs may be retained for the duration of an investigation, dispute, applicable legal limitation period, or other period required by law. They are removed or anonymized when no longer reasonably necessary.
- Routine backups: data removed from active systems may remain in access-controlled backups until those backups expire, normally within 14 days.
- Short-lived operational records: rate-limit records normally expire after a matter of hours. Stories are visible for 24 hours and may remain in cleanup processing for up to a further 48 hours.
- Service counters and choices: Studio Coach daily quota counters are removed within 90 days. Cookie-consent choices last up to six months.
- Account security: an app session or trusted-device cookie can last up to 30 days, and a security device identifier can last up to one year, unless it is revoked or deleted earlier.
Verification and request timing
PULSATRAX processes verified privacy requests without undue delay and normally responds within one month. If a request is unusually complex, legally restricted, or affects other users’ rights, PULSATRAX will explain what can be deleted, what must be retained, and any lawful extension or refusal.
After deletion from active systems, the backup period described above may still apply. You will be told when the active-system request has been completed.
